Relight Your Fire with Earlyarts Leadership Coaching

Earlyarts, has launched the Earlyarts Leadership Coaching Programme, part of our successful Put Yourself on the Map campaign.

"The Earlyarts Leadership Coaching Programme is the latest Earlyarts Service helping arts, cultural and early years professionals to discover their immense creative potential," explains Ruth Churchill Dower, Director of Earlyarts. "However, this is not a neatly packaged box of solutions. The success of any coaching programme lies in the willingness, determination and faith of the coachee in walking forward, sometimes running, sometimes cartwheeling and sometimes tip-toeing towards their goals."

Earlyarts Silver and Gold Members can claim one hour of free leadership coaching (worth a minimum of £50) as part of their Earlyarts Membership package. Earlyarts Free or Bronze members can upgrade their Earlyarts Membership at any time to take advantage of the free session offer. Alternatively they can access the Earlyarts Leadership Coaching Programme as an additional Earlyarts Service.

All Earlyarts Coaches feature on the Earlyarts Map where details including biography, coaching style, location, cost and testimonials are displayed. Earlyarts Members simply log in to earlyarts.co.uk, select a coach based on their preferences and make direct contact.

Dower continues, "Earlyarts Leadership Coaches will provide a safe, supportive and challenging space to explore professional and personal development. They are all accredited in Relational Dynamics coaching (RD 1st) which is aimed at developing leadership capabilities by enhancing emotional intelligence. Earlyarts Coaches have a deep understanding of the arts, cultural and educational sectors."

All Earlyarts Leadership Coaches are members of a national coaching body which requires them to be current practitioners working to an effective Code of Ethics and Good Practice.

View the Earlyarts Map here. Put yourself on the Earlyarts Map by simply registering online at earlyarts.co.uk. Membership of Earlyarts is free, a selection of membership packages Earlyarts Bronze, Silver and Gold offer additional benefits and services, starting at £48 for a year.

On encouraging young audiences (or their parents) to take risks
