Please give what you can and support the power of the arts to bring joy to sick children.

Help Helium's story come true for children in hospital - Support our project, receive a personalised gift and be in with the chance to win tickets for Mary Black in Concert, Big Maggie at The Gaiety, a voucher from award-winning Zeba Hairdressers, recipe books and Mothercare vouchers plus other prizes.

The Storytellers' New Gambit is a storytelling and technology performance project for children in hospital in which the artists will design storytellers' costumes with embedded technology so that children can choose stories, music, sound and lighting effects that transport them outside the hospital ward. The artists will also leave behind storytelling gifts for the children so that they can invent more stories in their own time.

You can give as little as €10 or as much as €500. We are currently over 50% funded but, if we don't reach our target by February 1st, we won't receive anything!

Why is creative support so important for children in hospital? A mother offers a response: ‘When I see her happy like this, I feel so relieved’ – Mother of 17 month old girl, Cork University Hospital.
